Inner Peace & Self-Esteem Building
What We do For Inner Peace
Through the practice of secular meditation and the promotion of inner peace, UNESCO BMW aims to contribute to the overall goal of world peace. By offering guided meditation sessions, stress relief programs, and creative initiatives, we strive to help individuals achieve total wellness of body, mind, and spirit. Our programs draw inspiration from various spiritual traditions such as Zen, Taoism, Confucianism, Zarathustrianism, and Sufism, all aimed at promoting inner awareness and introspection.
Additionally, through initiatives such as the “Meditation for Life’s Chaos” program, we provide platforms for individuals to express themselves, find peace, and connect with others in a harmonious way. These efforts not only benefit individual well-being but also contribute to broader goals of sustainability, education, gender equality, and reduced inequalities as outlined by the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
By fostering inner peace and promoting a sense of unity and harmony through art, meditation, and community engagement, UNESCO BMW strives to create a more peaceful and sustainable world for all. We invite individuals of all ages and backgrounds to participate in our programs and competitions to contribute to this collective effort towards a better future for all.
UNESCO BMW promotes world inner peace through secular meditation practices, using teachings from various philosophies. With a focus on individual and family well-being, we offer stress relief programs like chakra meditation and Feldenkrais. Our “Chi Room Exhibition” showcases Chi Art Works to promote harmony and sustainability. The annual “Inner Peace Competition Display” allows people of all ages to express their perception of peace. Join us in creating a more sustainable world by cultivating inner peace and total wellness of body, mind, and spirit. Visit unescobmw.org for more information.
