Our Mission

We offer RɘWIND for free to our community, having already impacted over 500 attendees, including 32 teens and 70 adults.

Join Us!

Join the RɘWIND Program to enhance community well-being by addressing mental health and lifestyle challenges. This eight-session program includes a certificate of completion and ongoing support. Participate in “ReWIND for a Better Life,” led by UNESCO professionals. We train “ambassadors” to promote healthier lifestyles in schools and workplaces.

Program Highlights

  • Flexible Schedule: Join any day or attend our Tuesday group sessions at 5:30 PM (hybrid options available).
  • Location: Participate at our center or at your school/workplace.
