ABOUT RɘWIND
RɘWIND represents an enlightening journey whereby participants will delve into fundamental topics concerning mental health and acquire practical tools essential for managing stress, anxiety, and emotional challenges. This comprehensive initiative comprises a one-hour session, which will culminate in the awarding of a certificate of attendance.
