Cultural Expressions

What we do for inner creativity

BMW is a pioneering UNESCO-affiliated organization that promotes inner peace and self-awareness among generations through physical, emotional, and mental balance. BMW was founded with the common goal of making the global community healthier, stronger, and more stable by utilizing unconventional sources of art and culture around us. We work with individuals and communities and envision creations of traditional art and craft that symbolize harmony and peace.

We help people help themselves.

Our vision mission encompasses three main goals and engages people of all ages, especially the youth- enhancement of inner creativity through arts and crafts.
UNESCO BMW strives for and implements Eco-friendly strategies and choices with individuals and communities to achieve the first goal. As part of the “Pearls of the Peace Land Projects,” we support the emotional and artistic souls in life. Thus, our second goal of incorporating the arts in different forms has allowed diversity and inclusion in our environment.

Art and Craft Programs

Before Covid, UNESCO BMW created Art & Craft in-person showrooms, workshops, and exhibitions, and more recently, it provided online Art of Inclusion and Cultural Diversity programs as part of the “Pearls of the
Peace Land Projects.”
Since 2014, our programs have included the global communities and indigenous artists, with an emphasis on family as well as the individual through various methods to protect the quality of education, such as Quality Education and art & craft programs, as well as cultural diversity programs.

What We Hope To Achieve

Through these goals and our efforts, we hope to provide a platform of inner peace and awareness to the table in order to achieve total wellness of body, mind, and spirit. And in doing so, allowing people to express
themselves through traditional crafts and performing arts. while also remembering the importance of free and balanced living, we hope to uplift our ecosystem and the world around us.

” UNESCOBMW is a non-profit full of kind-hearted people. Some things that we do to benefit the people of this world are yoga and meditation and this has helped a lot in my day-to-day life. It has helped me to improve my confidence, mental clarity and has just helped my overall well-being. We are also focused on the arts which are VERY important to me, being a creative soul myself.

We help with the education of the environment helping to educate the people of the future to help make this world a better place and protect our home so it will
still be here for future generations. Focusing on mental health, nutrition, social media, bullying, and family/friend connections are probably my favorite programs because in life we all need to help each other. Weather you come from a broken home or not these programs can help to strengthen your bond.”

  5. Marchitelliā€™s Kitchen hosts a son of an Italian Chef. His knack for preparing and serving aesthetically pleasing and good tasting food comes naturally to him. ā€œMy cooking style is very intuitive and is loosely bound by recipes.ā€
All of my dishes use fresh organic ingredients whenever possible, and I only cook with high temperature resistant avocado oil. As a final touch to cooked foods or as a salad dressing, I use virgin olive . And, my secret for good taste is using a balanced proportion of mixed herbs and spices such as dried garlic and onion, oregano, thyme, basil, parsley, Himalayan salt and marjoram. An additional forte of mine is composing immune boosting herbal teas. Most recently, I have developed a tea mixture that is anti-viral in nature and is perfect for the present situation we are in with viral attacks such as Covid-19.
