
Our RɘWIND Program targets chronic diseases that stem from poor lifestyle choices and mental/emotional
health challenges exacerbated by social media and isolation. This comprehensive program consists of eight
engaging one-hour sessions, leading to a certificate of completion and ongoing support for participants.
Our vision is to help individuals “rewind” their lives and reclaim their wellbeing through education on healthy
living and digital detox initiatives that encourage a reconnection with nature.
Our program’s engaging format includes in-person and hybrid options, ensuring accessibility for everyone.
Each session is structured around check-ins, mindfulness meditation, interactive workshops, and a Q&A
segment. We also conduct specific pre- and post-session surveys to track progress and enhance participant
experience.
Our detailed certified eight-week curriculum delves into important mental health topics and equips participants
with balanced techniques for everyday coping strategies.
