
Our RɘWIND Program targets chronic diseases that stem from poor lifestyle choices and mental/emotional health challenges exacerbated by social media and isolation. This comprehensive program consists of eight engaging one-hour sessions, leading to a certificate of completion and ongoing support for participants.

Each session is structured around check-ins, mindfulness meditation, interactive workshops, and a Q&A segment. We also conduct specific pre and post-session surveys to track progress and enhance participant
