
ReWIND WELLNESS SERIES PROGRAM
UNESCO Body and Mind Wellness presents a transformative wellness program offering basic, intermediate, and advanced sessions designed to elevate your well-being through a unique meditation technique.
Each session lasts 8 weeks, and participants will receive a certificate of attendance. You can further your journey with an 8-week intermediate session followed by an 8-week advanced session. By completing all 24 weeks of the Mental and Emotional Wellness program, you’ll earn a comprehensive certificate. Our sessions encompass meditation, self-scan techniques, workshops, Q&A opportunities, and social time, creating a holistic experience for personal growth and connection. Project Overview:
We are excited to invite you to participate in the transformative “ReWIND For A Better Life” program! Spearheaded by a dedicated team of experienced UNESCO doctors, counselors, and researchers from the UNESCO Body and Mind Wellness Center, this initiative is designed to elevate community well-being. By training “ambassadors” like you, we focus on schools and workplaces addressing pressing mental and emotional health challenges. Our program is tailored to engage a broad spectrum of participants, including students, emergency responders, and community leaders, all committed to fostering healthier, more resilient communities: www.unescobmw.org.
Program Details:
- Flexible Schedule: We can accommodate participants on any day and at any time that works for you! Additionally, you can join an established group every Thursday at 7:00 PM from May 8.
- Location Options: Participate at our welcoming center (129 W. Patrick St. Suite 15, Frederick, MD 21701) or at your school and/or your workplace.
What to Expect:
Our program’s engaging format includes in-person and hybrid options, ensuring accessibility for everyone. Each session is structured around check-ins, mindfulness meditation, interactive workshops, and a Q&A segment. We also conduct specific pre- and post-session surveys to track progress and enhance participant experience.

Our detailed certified eight-week curriculum delves into important mental health topics and equips participants with balanced techniques for everyday coping strategies. Its flexible design allows you to give it a try, even if it’s just once.

UNESCO Body & Mind Wellness for Global Peace!
UNESCO BMW has provided inner peace practices to the community of Frederick Maryland, USA, and beyond since 2014. Each session is one hour long and is designed to support and uplift emotional and mental well-being through inner awareness practices for all ages, especially the youth. Stress management, anxiety reduction, and life balance/purpose are some of the many benefits. This program is especially useful for behavioral health care, emotional, social, and cognitive development.

Let us now experience the state of inner peace meditation. It is spontaneous and simple! Simply follow the hand placement sequence and say the verbal affirmations to yourself quietly. For each affirmation, repeat several times and say them slowly and deeply from your heart. Let yourself enjoy the experience! Once you reach and say the last affirmation at the top of the head, simply enjoy the mental silence and watch any thoughts just go by as if watching the thoughts going across a movie screen. This is your time to reset the bar of stress, so give yourself this time to enjoy! Once you open your eyes, notice how the outer world has become calmer, clearer and softer.
