Robotics & Technology: A Teen’s Perspective
Hello! My name is Deven Seth and I’m a senior in High School. I’m your regular teenager in most ways, but I have a love for robotics that goes beyond most. I am a proud member of my school’s robotics team who just had an amazing past season!
In April, our team went on a journey to represent Ohio in the World Championship! Out of a competition of 200 teams, we placed 14th, a testament to our sincere dedication to the realm of robots. As the Software lead for our team, I’ve learned a fair deal of what technology can do. Robotics has taught me technology in the industry and how to navigate the ever changing “tech hub,” which I will continue to explore.
What I hope is that others see what I find in robotics. My journey isn’t just about competition or technology for its own sake. It’s about understanding the potential of technology to improve the lives of those around us. I have discovered a passion for technology and I want others to also do the same.
