She holds a Bachelor of Science in Community Health from the University of Maryland, College Park. She wrote the book ‘Belly Fat Recipes and Evidence-Based Tips’ to share everything she learned about how to improve overall health while also achieving a smaller waist with lifestyle changes. Charis offers coaching with a holistic approach to achieving optimal health and wellness. Her approach helps to break difficult cycles of self-sabotaging behavior through finding intrinsic (or inner) motivation.
