What is National Nutrition Week?

National Nutrition Week is celebrated every year from September 1-7. The weeklong event aims to create awareness about the importance of nutrition and its impact on our overall health.

This year’s theme is ‘Flavor of the Month’, which aims to promote the consumption of fresh and seasonal fruits and vegetables. Fruits and vegetables are an important part of a balanced diet and provide essential vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that our bodies need.
